I Have a 1998 Buick Rivera Blower does not blow i have power to the relay under the rear seat i have pulled the blower motor. by passed and motor fine no power to fuse left side of dash is there a rel

Not sure hat rely you are checking but the blower motor does. To have a relay in the rear fuse block. The fuse you're checking protects the HVAC computer. The HVAC computer uses that circuit to monitor the voltage going to the blower motor.

The most likely problem is the blower motor resistor, aka blower motor module, blower motor speed control. It is typically located near the blower motor. The red wire is power from the battery and should be there all the time. Black is ground. Purple is power to the blower. Grey/black is the speed input from the HVAC module.

97 Buick Riveria Blower fan blows hot air even when off, display ahowa nothing, have to pull fuse to stop blower

In 97 GM did wire it to run continually. But not hot air. Most likely mode door is stuck or control faulty (vacuum or bodin cable)

Lost cover to fuse panel, can I get a copy of the diagram for a 1996 buick riviera

Go to your local Buick dealer & ask someone in service dept. to make a copy out of the factory manual. Or go to the junk yard & get another cover. this would be best as the cover helps to keep the fuses & their connections clean & dry.

Engine elec prob.

You probably need to change the blower motor relay. Check your fuse box diagram to see if it's in the fuse box. Disconnect the negative battery cable before replacement.

1996 buick riviera blower motor will not shut off

The blower motor control module needs to be replaced, that will solve the problem. The module is underneath the hood on the firewall in the back. It has 2- 6mm screws. Unplug it, pull it out, put the other one back in. Plug it in. This is common for this model buick.
