Question about 1998 Cadillac Eldorado
The motors never burn out in a cadillac ive had them since 69 its always the switch on top , hook up a hot wire and a ground wire from a car battery to where the switch hooks up to and the hold down will go up and down , get your money back for the motor if you can , the switch is about 75 dollars from the factory, i herd a lot cheaper at a ford dealer because they are the same switch they use in big ford cars. the switch has 1 screw and one 2 wire harness, just a thought , you must know where the switch goes because you took it off the old motor and put it on the new motor ,,right?
