You have to check ALL fuses because some fuses feed other fuses and are not labeled as such on the fuse panel. start with the cig. lighyer/power socket fuse. i believe the horn goes through those fuses but do check them all under dash and under hood

Where is the location for fuse replacemen for horn on a 2001 chrysler plymouth voyager

The fuse box is on the drivers side in a black box near the hood release . There are 2 flat head screws to loosen and the cover pulls down and all the fuses are there and labled if not look for one with a broken fiament inside and thats the one thats bad there are also some under the hood also in a black box

Horn not working in a 2003 chrysler voyager: where is the fuse box

it may not be the fuse,. it may be a broken wire in the steering wheel or a bad ground at the horn,. try the easiest fisrt - chase the wire from the horn- test it with a voltage tester or test light to be sure you have power where you need it..
Best regards

check your vin number at crysler.com there is a D17 recall on the chrysler voyagers 1997 to 2001/2 this is for the clockspring this is behind your steeringwheel it controls the drivers airbag horn and cruise control check your car against this recall as if your not covered its not cheep around £400. maindealer only as it sounds like the clockspring failed on yours

I have a 2000 Grand Voyager my steering wheel center is not work

The problem you have is a bad clockspring . There's a recall from Chrysler that you can check @ this link http://www.chrysler.com/en/owners/ .
On the right side of the page you can see a link " recalls " , just enter the last 8 #s of the vin and check if the recall still open . If you never did this recall just take it to your local dealer to have them replace the clockspring on your mini van FREE of charge . Hope this help.
