Question about 2004 Kia Optima
I bought my 2004 v6 optima Kia new. About 6mos later the check engine light came on.I brought it to the dealer. After waiting all day, my car was brought out. I was told everything was ok. By the time I made my first left turn, the light came back on again. I went through this a few more times. I have quite a few friends and family who have Kia's from 2003-2005, and they've told me it was a known fault of the Kia. My car is 6 years old and still constantly has the check engine light on. I am now very concerned that if there is a real problem with my engine I won't get a warning. I still have 1 year left of payments, and although I've entertained the idea of trading in, but am not in a financial situation to take on more payments.
Any advise will be appreciated. Or any known issues would be of help.
