Question about 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager
It is easier from under neigh,,,or universal & strait extensions,,either way is hard,,,

2 ways that I can see from mine. I was under mine working on a leaky power steering rack and noticed that with an extension and maybe a wobbly nuckle I could access the spark plugs far easier than from above. From above I think you would almost have to take the manifold off to get to them. If you go that route change the valve cover gaskets too since these have a tendancy to be leaky and you have to remove the manifold to get at the rear one anyways... Hope this helps.
