Its a pain in the but you have to take the steering wheel and air bag and lockout plate off one thing you could do i assume this has the little ressitor in it if you can get the power and every thing to come on but wont start you could install a push button to starter seloind will cost about 20 at parts store easy to put on or call a lock smith because the air bag sys has a coil thats wraped inside the wheel and if you dont get it put back just right it will break and cost you about 500.00 to fix hope this helps

93 Plymouth Voyager will not start, the Fuel Pump isn't whirring when the key is turned.

You should always hear the pump. Check the electrical connections after you check to fuse.

2002 Olds Olero /replace ignition switch

remove your radio, there will be 2 bolts to undo, switch will slide into dash, unplug harness turn key to remove cable, if ignition wont turn you may have to take ignition apart to remove cable. reinstall in reverse procedure. will need to relearn new key to be able to start. try to start, leave key in run position, theft/security light will be blinking. leave on for 15 min or light stops blinking, turn off turn back to run without trying to start. leave on for another 15 min. turn off then start

I can't turn the key to my ignition switch and the power steering is lock too. The position of the front tires are not straight.

Turning the wheel back and forth while trying the key should work. In the future try not to lock the ignition with the wheel turned hard.

When turning on car turn key all the way nothing happens, then I turn back the key jiggle it then turn it on again it starts up. Told it was the ignition switch, trying to find info. on how to replace this...

On the back of the ignition switch is a plastic casing which retains a spring to return your key to the correct position once the car has started. The plastci casing wears and the spring does not work sufficiently. You need to replace the ignition switch casing/back end.
