Its pretty simple, just 2 hoses to take off, and put them on the new filter.

B2200 mazda 1989 changed carbuator and now it's not climbing hills

Hi Tammy
You need to adjust your kickdown linkage.
Make sure the linkage opens the throttle plate all the way when pushed to the floor. If not adjust to allow it to go full open at pedal to the medal (full down)
Make sure there are no vacuum leaks at hoses and carb to man gasket and is carb tight. You have to tighten it down after a week or so. Remember kris kross when tightening.
Check fuel filter and jets and mixture screw for clogs
Check fuel pump pressure. Don't think its this but check last
Make sure choke is full open when hot.

Hope this helps, let me know Mike.

I think you have established that it is getting fuel but I guess what I would do is check into the throttle body itself.

1988 Mazda B2200 starts well, but as it warms up, the gas flow stops. I changed the fuel pump and the problem still persists. Always starts.

I would trying to either checked fuel filter or if that dosent work chang the fuel pressure regulator.

What size is the woodruff key

With dial calipers, my closest estimate for the key size on a b2200 1987 to 199? is 3/4 inch in length, and width 190, height 240 to 250, I find that 230 is not tall enough, you may even want to check to be sure you have clearance behind the sprocket, as the shoulder on the crank and the spocket both wear down, Jack near Yelm is the brain on this.
