Check your tires, you could have a wheel weight that fell off, dirt in the wheel or a bulge on your tire. If your tires are in good condition then get them rebalanced.

You have a cable that goes from the shifter to the tranny it sounds like the cable is getting ready to break I would get it checked soon before you get stuck some where
Check the flasher, a plug in type relay under the dash.Find it and turn signal on while you are holding it and you will be able to tell which relay or flasher is bad.It may also be located under the hood.
Go check your power steering fluid level and watch belt turn at idle to see if it is tight and turning smoothly.Pulley could be giving resistance.mAYBE BAD POWER STEERING PUMP OR LEAK.
my 04 suburban did the same thing and it was 2 of the rubber hangers on the muffler and tailpipe. couldn't believe that would shake a big truck like that but it did
That white cloud is caused by a blown head gasket, the knocking noise could be, a rod bearing, thrust bearing, somewhere in the valve train. Replace the head gasket and see if it still knocks, and change the oil and filter too. If it still knocks, than you have bigger problems.
