Check for codes.Turn key on then off 3 times fast.On the therd time leave it on.If you have a digital odometer the codes will read there,if not I think your check engine light will flash the code.

Does it turn over & not run?? or not at all ,,some times you have to turn ignition on & put foot on brake take car out of park ,,then back into park,,then try to start,,if it doesn't start it may be a starter ,,,

My 2004 dodge neon wont start battery is good but car wont turn over wjat can i do

If battery is good, and battery connections clean and tight..get a small hammer, crescent wrench and tap on the starter while soomeone turns the key. Starter is most likely going out or gone out..tapping will often free up starter temporarily

Why wont my 1998 dodge neon start after replacing valves

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.

My 2000 dodge neon wont start its not the battery i have put a new battery in it but it still wont crank over what could this be ?

Could be corroded terminals on the battery wires, starter motor, spark plugs, or intake air. I would look first at the terminal wires and make sure they're clean (if not you can scrub them with a baking soda and water solution then wipe dry). Then make sure you have spark and a clean air filter. If you're still having trouble you can bring the starter motor to Autozone to have it tested. If it's not one of these solutions, then it's going to be a problem in fuel delivery (fuel pump, fuel injectors, fuel filter).

1997 Dodge Neon. New battery. Ran fine for a couple of days now it wont start. All I get is a ''click''. Had starter tested and it was fine

If battery is good and fully charged and starter is good, possibly starter solenoid, if not on the starter. Also check battery cables, make sure that all 4 ends have good clean solid connections. Also cables themselves can get so corroded inside that the fix is to replace them. Good luck, please rate this. Thanks

Car wont turn over... put in a new starter, new battery, new timing belt, new spark plugs, car sounds like it will start but it wont turn over.

Double check the wiring to make sure it has perfect contact on battery, solenoid, voltage regulator (also check the regulator and starter relay)
You also may want to check the current on ignition module.
