If you think the fuel pump is not working, try to isolate the problem by taking out the pump and try to manually give it power by tapping 12volts to it. If you hear the pump running, then the problem is probably with the fuel pump relay or fuse. Check the fuse box and make sure that the fuse is not blown out. If the fuse is OK, turn your attention to the relay, replace it, your pump should start to work. If it still doesn't work, you might have some sort of wiring problem. Get yourself a tester and make sure that the wires going to the fuel pump is good.
