Question about 1996 Dodge Caravan
That code is associated with the EVAP system. Check to make sure the fuel cap is fitted properly and not damaged. If need be replace it. If the cap is fine then you need to inspect the EVAP system to make sure all hoses are in good condition, not cracked, and fitted properly. Next check the EVAP canister to make sure it is not damaged. Lastly, if all those things check out you'll need to replace the EVAP solenoid sometimes referred to as the purge solenoid. Good luck.
