Question about Mercedes-Benz R350
Hi the problem you are having is going to be with the control on the radio, their is no way of fixing the control it will need replacing or the stereo will need replacing, but as for turning it off you have 2 options, the first you could try is look in the fuse box and locate the aux fuse or radio fuse and pull it out, how ever on some models the stereo has an in line fuse which is located on the permanent live wire on the back of the stereo so to get to this you need to pull the stereo out but to do that you need a special tool that pulls the stereo out, so for now have a good look in the fuse box and check for an aux fuse or stereo fuse.
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok.
also try pressing the buttons on the stereo a bit harder or try holding them down for few seconds also try hitting the button fast so you shock it as this can sometimes get it working for a short while
