Question about 1996 Toyota Corolla
You have a solenoid on your starter. The solenoid is what you most likely hear clicking. The battery seems to be fine from your info. The starter can be repaired with a new solenoid. It really depends on who you go to and what the charge is to repair. The battery sends power to the solenoid, the solenoid kicks power to the starter to turn the starter for your engine to start.
