Have you replace the blower motor speed control resistor?, they go open (thermal fuse blows) and cause this, it is near the blower motor, the end is about the size of a pack of cigs, it goes into the air ductiong for cooling of the speed dropping resistors

The front heater\ac wont blow out air. the blower motor and resistor has been replaced, what could the problem be

Check out the blower chamber, sometimes pens or debris can fall into vents that run into the blower chamber. If all clear see if you are getting 12 volts to blower. Test the motor also. If the items you have replaced is good and your motor is good and the blower fuse is showing 12 volts on both sides of fuse the only thing left is the head unit blower switch. You can test the the switch for continuity per position to find out if the switch is the problem. Always eliminate guessing to not have to spend excess money. You could have tested the resistance on the blower resistor too.

Chevy astro

2 fuses to check, Kevin: in the instrument panel fuse block, 20 amp fuse #12, Htr-A/C. In the under hood fuse block, Frt HVAC fuse, 30 amp.

The new resistor you put in, was it called a "Blower Motor Resistor and Relay Pack" ? It appears there is a relay there with the resistor, but appears to only be used with htr on high speed. However the low speed wiring is also routed through this relay. If it was the Pack you put in, guess that is not an issue.
In the Heater and A/C Control Module is the blower switch. The power in to the control module is a brown wire (from the #12 fuse in instr. panel). With key on should be hot. It appears the brown wire goes to the mode switch and then to the blower switch. Check for power in, and check continuity of both switches. Or check if blower switch has power to it, then check for continuity in it-it should have continuity in all speeds.
If all is good so far, you need to check if blower motor ground is good.
Here can be found a wiring diagram for your Astro. Look for heater controls under the system called "HVAC". Every wiring diagram and TSB for the Astro (or any make, model) can be found here:

Good luck.

My heat has stop blowing. replaced blower, and heater on off switch. what else could it be?

LX? DX? EX? Hatchback? sedan? wagon?coupe? engine size? did you check the fuse? Fuse #19, 30 amps in the auxilary fuse box (your owners manual may show the location ,it may be near the blower ?). The Blue/White wire at the heater blower motor should be HOT (12v) with key on. If you ground the Blue/Black wire the motor should run full speed.

Heater does not work

Check heater fuse.
If fuse good - could be a failure of the blower fan motor or blower control switch.
If fuse bad - bad blower fan motor could have blown the fuse.
DO: check fuse, then blower motor.
Pricing: new blower motor: Duralast PM270 $43.99
new heater control switch: Duralast SW229 $46.99 (without
A/C).
I'd expect your blower resistor to be good - when they fail, the blower only will work on HIGH setting.
