Its good you took care of the basics
but you need to focus on the sensors that provide feed back once in closed loop

O2 sensors
Temp sensors
Knock sensor

that being said though...any of your sensors could be the cause because temperature can affect the sensors

then there is the possibility that you are dealing with a base engine problem too which may be affected by engine oil

LONG STORY SHORT...we need to get a scanner installed so that we can measure fuel trims and O2 readings

when you did the "tune-up" did you replace the fuel filter too?

2008 torent is missing between 45 and 55 but only after it warms up. Just a tune up needed or something else?

Could be just a tune up. Look for vacuum leaks with a spray bottle full of soapy water. Spray only around those looking for air bubbles. Vacuum hose leaks can cause a miss. Emissions parts will cause a miss too. EGR valve or O2 sensor.

2003 mercury grand marquis misses when warm

How many mi sense last tune up. If around 100,000 plugs and wires should be changed. If it has the the 4.6 they have 2 coil packs. These can short out. Also the EGR valve can stick open causing a small vacuum leak. These can be cleaned sometimes to fix a miss.

I have a misfire code also, truck misses when cold, generally when it warms up the miss goes away and it runs great. Within the last 2 days once it warms up all of a sudden it will lose power. To the point...

Generally a tune-up is needed when a vehcle is misfiring. Usually the tune-up is the least expensive way to go. It could be the fuel injection or relay, but tune-up is the cheapest way to start.

Cutting out when driveing very badly but idols fine

Do a major tune up,these fords have to have a good set of wires, plugs and cap,and rotor,or they will miss fire, and run poorly when accelerated .
