You'll need to knock out the old one. They make a freeze plug installation tool, or you can use a socket to pound in the new one. Also, they have expandable rubber freeze plugs that don't have to be pounded in.

My 94 explorer will not go into 4 wheel drive low

The electric shifter motor for the transfer case in this era were notorious for freezing up over time. You can normally remove the motor from the transfer case, disassemble, clean the motor contacts and reassemble.

The shifter motor is a cylinder attached to the transfer case with 3 bolts. It will have an electrical connection going to it. The case is sealed behind the motor, so no lube will leak out of the case when the motor is removed.

Sometimes, you can lightly tap on the motor while someone switches from 4-high to 4-low. However, you need to be careful and not hit the motor too hard, or you risk breaking the magnet inside. So use the handle of the hammer, and not the head if you want to try this first.

Just changed plugs on 1994 ford explorer and it wont turn over wondering if its the gas ladder or fuel relay switch

Is it not turning over or not firing? If not firing, it could be bad crank sensor, coilpacks, or module
If no spark

If no fuel, bad fuel pump relay, plugged fuel filter, or low fuel pressure.

Window stuck down on 1994 ford explorer

while holding the switch in the up position, bang on the middle part of the door panel, if the motor is stuck then this will usually unstick it. but if motor is running then you will need a new window regulator.
