Remove the negative and positive battery terminal. Llift the car, remove the plastic cover under the radiator, remove the wires leading to the starter, remove the 2 bolts that hold the starter in place and do the opposite to put it back. You can have the starter refurbished for way less than what it costs for a new one..

If my parking symbol is flashing and clicking and my 1997 Pontiac grand Prix will not start what does that means?

Clean battery terminals, reconnect. If this doesn't fix it, I would replace battery. If not, next I would check the starter.

1997 pontiac grand prix when key is turn to start it;s just clicks, it will not start, i try to bost with other car no help.

This sounds like a bad starter, i would remove the battery and have it tested, if the battery tests good and fully charged then i would replace the starter, it sounds like a dead spot. a quick test is to have someone hold the key in the start postion and you hit starter with a hammer or metal rod and see if it starts, sometimes it will, this means starter is bad, hope this helps.

1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GT; Elec problem with fan

Replace the blower resistor that is mounted next to the blower motor on the passenger side of the vehicle.
This will restore correct blower operation and I suspect it is also back-feeding voltage resulting in your electrical issues.
Two screws hold the blower resistor into the heater case and it is very easy to replace.
Good luck
