My front heater is throwing very little heat the back is throwing more heat could hear the back blower but not the front

If you cant hear the blower on the front side, its probably gone out. If you can hear the blower and theres cold air coming out the vent, its the flap that switches from hot to cold thats not working

Suspension deflates in cold weather

air compressors do not operate below 28 degrees you have to get them warm first I assume that your compressor is under your hood as long as you allow your truck to get cold or keep the air suspension your going to have this problem

Intermittent cooling from the air conditioning

If you want a quick check of the blend door system, clamp off the heater hoses,as you would if you were changing a heater core and drive as you would.Do not disconnect them, just clamp them.
Also, don't over look air flow through the a/c condenser at the front, any restriction of air flow or a slow fan or only one running of 2 when 2 are needed?

No Heat

It Sounds Like You Have Either A Faulty Heater control Valve Or On The High Side A Bad ATC (Automatic Temperature Control). Check The Hoses That Go Into The Heater Core Both Should Be Hot At Normal Operating Temp. If The Outlet side Is cold Or Luke Warm You Have A Bad HCV.

A/C will only blow through defrost vents

Common question on this site. On late model cars, the vents are controlled by blend door motors. Small electric motors open and close doors to direct air flow.
Chances are you have a blend door that is stuck or a failed motor.
The default position is the defrost to make sure the windshield is always clear.
Someone will need to look behind the dash to see if all of the doors will move on demand.

90 CADILLAC HEATER BLOWS OUT COLD AIR

check the coolant level. If it is low the first thing to stop working is the heater.

If it is that low there is something leaking. A pressure check of the cooling system should help find the leak.
