You have a leak somewhere. My test would be to attatch the pressure tester and run the engine around 2500 RPMs. If it is spraying the liner under the bonnet, it is either the water pump or a pin hole leak in the radiator spraying into the fan. Let me know what the test reveals. These are pretty good little trucks.

Have the radiator cap tested to make sure it is working releasing when it is supposed to. I would say that the water pump is still leaking. Go ahead and test as I described before and let me know what you see.

Unfortunately from what you just told me, the headgasket has a serious problems. Either replace the headgasket or try something called "liquid glass". This can actually be a permanent fix. Follow the instructions on the bottle and see if this helps at all. One thing to check is the fan clutch. Warm the engine and with a rag wrapped over your hand, grab the fan and see if there is any resistance. If there is no resistance, you can purchase the silicone fluid for about $15 usd and remove the fan and disassemble the fan clutch and pour the fluid in and reassemble. If there is resistance, try the "liquid glass" and see if that helps any. If this doesn't help, replacement of the headgasket is going to be necessary. Let me know what you find.

I don't know if they sell it over there, but check in the local parts stores or you may be able to order it on line. You should be able to type it in on line and have it come up.

I have a 1998 dodge grand caravan 3.0 motor and i have replaced the theromostat and changed the radiator cap and it seems to be loosing fuild somewhere

Visually inspect around bottom of waterpump. There's a "weep" hole - it's an early warning system for waterpump before bearing seizes. Also check passenger carpet/floor up to firewall - possible heater core leak.

Coolant is leaking ,i have to fill it everyday.hardly any heat. what can i do? it seems like its shooting the coolant out somewhere on the right side of the motor.

It's probably the waterpump, it's right where you describe. They are pretty cheap and easy to do so even if you have a shop do it, it should not cost that much. Have it repaired before the engine is damaged from over-heating.

2.8 ltr hilux leaking diesel at rear of injector pump

The gasket must have gone and could be resulting in the leak when the pressure build up. Check if there is any chance to tighten the injection pump , if there is a possible looseness in the fitment.
If not the pump must be removed off, the gasket replaced to stop the leak.

Car is overheating but is holding fluids

Waterpump, loose/broken hose, or head gasket. Waterpump is most likely, unless recently changed. Make sure you get the Timing Belt done, unless it's also been done recently, if the water pump is replaced.
Good luck,

The power steering pump is piggie backed to the vacuum pump. The seal in the back of the vacuum pump has engin oil under presure behind it cousing a leak that gets worse over time. Cummins make a seal kit to fix this leak.

Losing coolant from pipes above rear axle on kia

It sounds like a leak in the water jacket of your motor, it could be just a head gasket if you're lucky. Also check for a leak in the coolant pipes them selves usualy at the connections.

1999 chevy malibu engine keeps over heating, possibly a blown head gasket?

Overheating could be a combo of many thing's.If your thermostat is stuck you will have no circulation which will cause overheating. Also if your eng. has alot of miles your water pump may be in need of replacement.Listen for your radiator fan motor and be sure that's working and also check to see if you radiator is good.If your loosing antifreeze because of a headgasket you will see a white cloud out of the exhuast because it is burning it and sometimes you also get a little in your eng.oil.Using a pressure tester on your coolant system will help to diognos the problem,if you have a leak some where it will not hold pressure.Sign,s of a bad waterpump are poor circulation and a antifreeze leak from a vent on the waterpump.Be sure the eng. is cool before working on it.Hope this was helpfull.
