If the coolant level is good then the only item left is the sensor, replace sensor and that should clear it up, another option is find sensor plug and un-plug it. Magically the light never comes on anymore, just keep your eye on the fluid leve, just like the old days.

Sounds like your cooling fan sensor is closed at all times. Disconnect it's connector and see if cooling fan stops turning.

That's still under warranty, is it not? Take it to the dealer - let the manufacturer pay for the fix.

Cooling fan stay on when car is off

Find and remove the cooling fan relay and and replace it with a another relay. If the fan stops working while the vehicle is off replace the relay. It it possible that the relay stayed latched on allowing it to work even though the vehicle is off.

When you shut the car off something is staying on in the vehicle, causing a current draw on the battery, causing it to go dead over night. something that would cause this would be like a under the hood light, trunk light, interior light staying on. visually check it. and if you don't find anything you might want to buy a fluke/ volt meter, to check for unwanted current draw when the vehicle is off. your local mechanic could help. it could become more extensive then this but most likely not by the sounds of it.

I have a 1992 Honda Accord. When you shut off the car the blower motor stays on and the lights on the heater panel.

Make sure your fan is wired correctly, if the fan is wired correclty which it may but could be crossed and spinning backward and sending power through ground wire causing a power up of the inside light and blower, if the wiring is good then replace the cooling fan relay, that must be shorting and back feeding power to heater control.

Cooling light stays on

If you are referring to the blue temp light on the dash, it stays on until the engine has reached operating temperature. This lets you know the heat will be ineffective and the engine will not be running at peak efficiency during this time.
