My trailblazer has sort of a knock in the steering not all the time but sometimes mostly when it is real hot outside

If actually feel it in the steering wheel, check your tie rods for looseness. Or if you're just hearing a knock like metal to metal, check your swaybar end links for looseness. Also check your swaybar bushings, should be nice and tight, no play.

Im putting ball joints on 1989 cougar.how do you get the swaybar off the lower controlarm.

If they have never been changed, the swaybar links get so rusted that the only way to get them off is to cut them off. sazall or torch

2003 chev trailblazer creeks as you stop or hit bumps

A few things to check, I'm going through this as we type here, and have narrowed mine down to the front A-arm bracket, which is located on the bottom of the frame with bushings.

Check your swaybar links (if you replace, I like Moog brand,it's greaseable), swaybar bushings both front and rear for both. From there, check the a-arm bushings , and finally, the upper and lower control arms. The way to narrow it down further with bushings is squirt silicone lubricant on these bushings and see which one i creaking. Forgot one more common squeak, it's your hood latch, lube it up good and adjust the hood stops up a bit and use some rubber lube for the stops( Napa has this) . Had that squeak for 7years until last weekend, dealer couldn't even find it.

I have a honda accord with squeeking on the right front side I changed the upper balljoint on both side and the squeeking is consisted when you hit a bump on if someone push up and down on the right side...

Could be worn bushings in the control arms - take a look at the bushings on that part of the suspension and see if any are cracked or leaking. Could also be worn bushings in the swaybar or swaybar end links.
