Question about 2001 Chrysler Town & Country
Hello! The click you are hearing sounds like the starter relay is pulling...The jumper you applied across pins 87 and 30 was done with the relay pulled; Correct? Or did you find some way to reach the pins with the relay still in place? We need to measure the voltage drop across the starter relay coil...connect a volt meter + to the Yellow lead of connector C-3 pin 3 of the power module and - to Dark Green/Orange C-3 pin 14...Turn the key to start...If you read a voltage drop across the relay it's pulling and its contacts are defective...Let me know what you find...Guru..............saailer
