Inside the trunk and behind the lights are butterfly nuts usually black or grey they hold down the carpeting /trim. by the lights remove the trim this will expose the nuts which are holding your tailights in place remove these nuts and your tailights should slip right out

Removal and Installation
To remove the plastic socket, turn the socket counterclockwise to the stop, and remove the socket. Remove miniature bulb from socket. Install miniature bulb in socket. Index the smallest tab for locating the three locking tabs, then press the socket into the rear lamp and rotate clockwise to the stop.
