No power at all for car

Not knowing what specific car you have, I can only say that all cars are designed with either main fuses which are rated at 60-80 amps and are located under the hood. (ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE BATTERY IS DISCONNECTED BEFORE REPLACING A MAJOR FUSE LIKE THIS!)Most are located in a fuse box and have clear windows which you can see through. If the fuse is blown, it will be quite obvious, just compare it with a few other fuses which look like that design. The center of the fuse will be burned out. Some cars use fusable links (ask your local auto parts supplier for assistance), although most manufacturers have gotten away from that design. If you have a battery cable end design typically on the positive side, they tend to corrode and when this happens, in extreme cases, no power will be relayed to the electrical system. In this case, you must replace the cable end. Try to use the same design, but use a specially designed anti-corrosion (it looks like a lubricant) on the parts as you assemble it.. Make sure the battery terminal ends are clean before you put the cable ends on and make sure the insides of the cable ends are clean as well. Chances are one of my suggestions might be a solution to your problem. Good luck.

1995 mazda miata no electrical power, nothing works

Most often the main 80 amp fuse is blown - happens when someone slips with a socket extension when trying to remove the battery terminals. Fuse is under the hood, passenger side and here's a diagram: http://www.mellens.net/mazda/Mazda-Miata-1997/fuses.pdf

I put my battery in wrong in my 95 avalon now nothing happens when I trun the key, whats wrong?

It all depends on how lucky you are today. Connecting the battery backwards can destroy some high-dollar stuff. If you are really lucky, you will only have a blown fuse (or fuses). Check both of your main fuse blocks on the left side of the engine compartment,
One of the boxes is called the "Fusible Link" box and the other is called the "Engine Compartment Junction Block" (J/B) (See picture below).
Your main circuits are protected by the 40 Amp and 80 Amp fusible links in the Fusible Link box and the 120 Amp Alternator Fuse in the Junction Block. You will most likely find one or more of these fuses/fusible links blown.

Reversed jumper cables on 2001 Nissan Pathfinder accidently, now nothing really works, no headlights or taillights, etc.

there should be a big main fuse like 100 or 80 amps where the positive battery cable goes into the fuse box, under the hood. check that first and hope thats all thats bad.

I replace the battery in our 2003 Element and put the wrong cables on the terminals. The battery fuse blew. I corrected my mistake. I replace the 100 amp fuse with an 80 amp fuse. I could not find a 100...

There could be a lot of severe damage to the electrical system including blown computer modules. I would refer the problem to a professional shop in your area.
