Sometimes happens,you will have to use a nut splitter to remove them and buy new have used the correct size socket and a long pole to jump on first,or even pentrating fluid,or even heating them slightly,sure you have........

I had the same problem with my 99 ford taurus. My ford taurus did exactly did same things that your vehicle is doing. runs cool on the freeway because the air is going through the radiator and cooling the water down.I checked the cooling fans, radiator and hoses for leaks also replaced my thermostat. nothing solved the problem. turns out that the new antifreeze does not come with a lubercant property any longer. you have to buy the lubercant additive separately and then add it to your cooling system when you replace the antifreeze. the lubercant protects your freeze plugs, water pump, radiator, thermastat from rusting out. Meanwhile because of the absents of the lubercant, my water pump impellers rusted out and dissolved. so the water pump had no fins to circulate the water. Luckly for me, I discovered that my car was still under warranty due to an extended warranty I had purchased when I bought the car. ford dealership replaced the water pump. Problem Solved.

Cant get the tire off to change it out got all four nuts off but wont come off is there something in the middle that needs to be done

it sounds like its rusted to the hub and you will have to hit the tire with a hammer or something to break the rust so the wheel will come off.sounds like its been a while since the wheels were removed.

How do you remove the tire off the 2008 Dodge Charger - can't even get the lug nuts off...nothing fits

you should have a lug nut wrench in the trunk with located with the tire jack that is the proper size for the lug nuts.if you have the original wheel turn the wrench counter clockwise to remove them from the car.if they are chrome caps over regular steel wheel nuts then the rust could change the size of the required wrench.size.if you have chrysler road side assitance(3year assitance)then they can get you a tow truck to change the tire if you call the 1-800 # if it hasn`t been over 3 years.other wise you may have to have it towed to a shop.

Cant get front tires off

turn lug nuts counter clockwise while the tires are still on the ground then raise the front end and take off loose lug nuts and wheels. reverse steps when done

Cant get them off the van. is there a snap-ring? rear brake drums

sometimes there a clip over the stud were the lug nut goes you would see it once the wheel is off, try hitting drum with a hammer in front to break free, if drum is loose but wont come all the way off then you will have to unadjust the brake adjuster ,its done through a window on the rear of the backing plate ( backside of were the drum is,) hope this helps.

Cant get wheel off to put spare on. Have jacked up car, taken four nuts off but wheel wont budge?

She is rusted on ,you can spray it with some penitrating oil and let set a little then get a 2 pound hammer and hit it from the inside,Hope this helps?

Can not remove lug nut caps 2003 x -type jaguar

I have an 04 xj8. the lug nuts are a good bad example of half baked engineering. the lug nuts are fabricated from ugly steel with an 11/16 hex end. to beautify this, Jaguar overlays the nut end with a stainless steel 3/4 inch cap, crimped to the nut. On top of this, the nut is to be torqued to 90+ ft-lb! The only way to remove the lug nut without damage is with a SIX POINT socket and a breaker bar or an impact wrench. Using a 12 point socket will deform the cap, causing the wrench to spin on the cap and or the cap to spin on the nut itself. If that has happened, it is possible to recover using a 15 oz or thereabouts ball peen hammer and a deep 3/4 inch impact socket (the black ones). Line up the socket to the cap, doing a best guess to where the flats are and give the socket a light blow. Keep trying that until the socket seems to stick on, then hit it harder. Eventually you will find the right point and the socket will go on and reform the cap. Then a breaker bar can remove the cap/nut. New assemblies can be had for about $6 from "partsbin" or "autohausaz".

take a sluge hammer and a 2x4 put the 2x4 on the rim then hit the 2x4 then the tire should come loose

Trying to replace brake disc pads but cant get wheel off. have 4 lug nuts off. do i have to take off the big nut in the middle? how?

Chances are the rim is rusted to the hub;turn wheel to the outside and use a shop hammer or heavy dead blow hammer to tap the back side of rim,be careful not to damage rim.You may have to spin wheel and try this at several spots.
