Question about 2002 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
If you've had the battery disconnected recently, this fix might work for you. Clean out your throttle body. Sounds weird, but your throttle body builds up junk over time and if you disconnect your battery, your computer gets reset to stock settings and thinks it is getting the same amount of air as when it had a new (clean) throttle body. This messes up the airflow calculations, especially when the AC kicks in. Get a bottle of throttle body cleaner, remove the throttle body assembly and be very careful cleaning out the back of the unit as it has some razor sharp edges. Reinstall and start the Trailblazer. Should be fine.
