Automatic Stability Control , relaited to ABS system.
Car has to be diagnose at mechanic shop , unless you have equipment for it.(specific scaner, not generic OBD II)

2003 mini cooper s has yellow triangle light on

On a Cooper S the Yellow Triangle is the slip control. If this light flashes it is letting you know that it is working by cutting horse power or by using the brakes to gain traction. If this symbol is illuminated you may have just hit the switch that says ASC or DSC. If the light does not turn off after hitting the switch or by turning the car off and starting the car again, you have a problem with the ASC/DSC control module or the wheel speed sensors. You will have to take your car in to have it checked out.

When I reached a certain speed 65 mi/hr, the speed starts decreasing to 30 mi/hr while driving on a highway even the accelerator is to the floor.

The sounds like one of two things, a clooged cat converter or the fuelpump is loose preasure, you will need to test the fuel preasure at the time of the power loss,

Sounds as if your brake rotors are warped from overheating. You can have them machined to take this out if they are thick enough. This should take care of the problem, if not replace rotors.

This may been an ignition module or a MAF sensor, this car may need to be diagnosed using a OBD I computer code reader to accurately diagnose the problem.

it is very poss the transmission case connector is making a poor connection, remove the connector from outside the trans and see if it has any corrosion or loose pins, if problem persists replace the trans solenoid shift pack.
