Water pump replacement

I've never worked on this sort of vehicle but when I replaced my water pump in another, I had to losen the Alternator to get the belt off since it went to both. You'll need to get a manual on your vehicle from an auto parts store. THere should be directions in that about how to replace your water pump.

Water pump, replacement directions

you will need to drop the motor mount at the top of the engine over the pump to get it off. other than that it is straight forward. when you remove the bolt from the mount be sure to chase it with a rod to hold the mount up or put a jack under the engine to support and aid in instalation.

Water pump replacement

the water pump should be located front right of motor the only thing that may take some time is if the belt needs to be replaced some models require you remove part of the engine mount. Job should take a pump / belt if damaged / antifreeze.
