Although mileage on vehicle is not indicated, typical vibration issues at speed, especially when braking is due to worn tires and/or front brakes as well as shudder from braking material deposited on rotors. This specific vehicle is known to experience tie rod failure at or near 35K miles, so be sure to check those out. Examine brake pads and rotor condition. While checking rotors, check front bearings for wear / adjustment. More than likely you are looking at brake pad and rotor replacement.

I don't want to imply you don't have your brakes serviced or your shop is less than competent--But,unless a wheel weight fell off,or you have a really bad CV Joint causing this vibration, along with bad motor mounts, yes you can have a combination of worn items. Then I will bet on the fact that at least 50% of your problem,is worn brake rotors, rusted pad slides, rusted caliper mounting bracket and no one ever lubed a thing during any brake work. So pads grabbing rotors and you got brake chatter. Please don't be offended, but in my world that could have been prevented with semi-annual brake service.

Vibration/Rattling on right side during high speeds

I had a similar problem. The dealer change automatic transmission and differential, but the noise continu. After research on internet i think the problem is the front galiper who create a vibration on the disc wheel and the vibration frequence follow the front axle until interior car. Just press slowly the brake pedal and if the noise stop , that's it the cause i think. I dont change my galiper, but i have a new transmission . :)))
