I had it diagnosed, it came up with a PO156(02 sensor) and PO 435(I think, i know it was cat issue and in the 400s). I need to get it smogged and it will fail right away with no check engine illumination. I need to fix that issue and the others to pass. Thanks for you help

Thanks Casmog tech, I am having it professionally done. I was just thinking of saving a buck and changing the bulb myself, but it is never the case. Thanks for the advice, you have been very helpful!!!

Check all your fuses. Some models have a fuse for this, and if that checks out then you either have a computer problem or instrument cluster problem which you should get diagnosed professionally before proceeding.

P0156 is the 02 sensor circuit malfunction. The circuit will need to be tested for a positive and a ground signal. Its possible you may only need to replace the sensor itself. Bank 2 sensor 2. The one after the cat. This could of set the 420 cat code your referring to so replace the sensor if you choose not to have it diagnoses professionally then clear the code and drive for a day or two. Also it may be time for spark plugs which also could set the 420 code.

As far as the light goes if the 02 sensor in question shorted out you may of damaged the computer so you prabably are going to have to pay the $100 or so to have this diagnosed correctly. Do not let the shop replace the cat until the light and the sensor code is fixed first. Only replace the cat if the engine is running good and you have no exhaust leaks and the tunup is up to date and the cat code comes back with no other codes present.

If your DMV is due pay the fee even if the smog has not been completed. They will give you an 30 day extention from the date you submit the payment so wait till the last day to mail it in if the other problems arnt fixed yet.

Engine starts but does not go into gear brake light , abs light , engine lite on Radio, ac/heater, clock, cig lighter, door locks, brake lights, etc not working

Well, check if you have brake lights to start with? If you dont have brake lights, it is possibly a brake light switch under the brake pedal or a stop fuse blown. ( with brake switch malfunctioning, this could set ur check engine light and also ur brake and abs light. Check this and get back to me. By the sounds of the other accessories not working, check your 10 amp guage fuse which i am not quite sure, could be under the hood or in the cabin. keep me updated.

Make sure it is a o2 malfunction before changing it,the o2 just gives information mainly, the generic code is a mass air flow sensor, and this would be more like what the problem is.

Where do you add transmission fluid to a 2004 toyota tundra auto

You add Transmission fluid through the dipstick tube, you will need a small funnel, you can buy one at a local auto parts store.
With the engine warm and the truck in park and running, pull out dipstick, wipe it clean, replace, then pull out and check level.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

Need to replace cargo & third break light how do i

if its the same as an 06 Tundra, you should be able to remove the lense cover from the back of your truck cab with a screwdriver and pull the light bulbs out...Do not remove the screws below the lense cover that removes the fixture, they have a screw insert that will fall into your truck's body and get lost.....hehehehe I learned that from my own experience...good luck!
