running rough? Were the plug wires serviced recently...get the firing order from your parts store, then trace each wire from spark box to cylinder...Least costly attempt...

What is the wireing order for spark plugs in a 2000 ford windstar se. The front of vehicle has a short, medium, long wire. Where does each wire go in relation to the coil pack in rear of engine. Thank you!

The correct firing order diagram for that vehicle is not an easy task to come up with, but try this diagram and it should be the right firing order diagram for that vehicle. Let me know if this does not work out.

Firing order diagram

Here is the firing order diagram for that vehicle, and if the ignition wires are not crossed then one of the spark plugs might have been damaged while installing it and the spark plug gap closed on one of the spark plugs, or one of the ignition wires (spark plug wires) has been damaged, and if those wires are over 5 years old then you should replace them. I hope that this helps you to solve your problem.

I have a 2000 ford windstar it has had many electrical problems, I want to change out he sparkplug wiresm where do I find a diagram to do that?.

usually the best way to do that is one at a time so you dont get them mixed up,you will need a small flat screwdriver to release the plug wire holding clips, the rear ones will be the hardest to get to,you might have to get the front end up on jack stands and get them off the plugs from underneath, hope this helps
