Code claims multiple misfires changed the plugs and it continues to sputter and backfire especially when going uphill. Fuel filter? coil pack? plug wires?

check your high tension leads or plug wires. If you find one out of the correct resistance range, about 7ohms per foot, dont discount that the missfiring has damaged the coil pack for that cylinder as the wasted spark had no where to got except hammering the coil pack. As for the fuel filter refresh them often as the standards of fuel from the pump can vary

Got codes that say im misfiring on 3,4,and 6 all at once. no previous problems. changed plugs, whats next

check your coil packs, my 2000 did the same thing but only on one. take coil packs off and relocate them to new plugs, clear codes and recheck to see if missfire "follows" moving coil pack
