Question about 2003 Kia Rio
Your post is 4 months old.i stared last week. there are 5000 un answered kia's if you still have the problem. do you have a check engine light on yet ? if so take it to an auto parts store that offers free check , write down the code and the meaning. and repost with that info.otherwise its a guessing game. could be mass air flow,knock sensor,throttle positon sensor, temp sensor etc etc.

you have to take off the speedometer cable/wiring harness from the top of the trans and fill it from there....one 10mm bolt...very awkward spot...it might be snug, so just take a flat head screwdriver from underneath to tap it loose...
