Question about 2003 Saturn L-Series
First if you have not done so alreadyis to check the fuses, relays (the a/c relay is the same one for the horn side by side, if the horn works switch the relays, if the horn still works the relay is good) if they are all good then turn on your a/c and check to see if the a/c compresure comes on ie clutch ingaged. If not then it can be one of two things either you are low on R134 or the compresure clutch has gone bad. oh ya there is also a high pressure switch on the passenger side of the car in front of the air cleaner box, that is on of the other possibility. I had a mobile machanice come by and run a test and he unpluged the high pressure switch and jumped two of the wires and coame up with answer that my a/c clutch was the problem. Schucks had a remanufactured unit for $198.99 plus shipping and core. I live in Washington state. Hope this helps. Good luck.
