Based on your post it appears you have two different concern because neither have any common power or ground
That being said, check the fuse under the dash #6 and the underhood circuit breaker #b6
here are the pictures of the fuse box under the hood

fuel pump b+ = i/p #6 20a
fuel pump relay g115
relay b+ = ecm pin #8
window b+ = underhood 30cb
window relay g203
relay b+ = i/p #8d 10a
