It is not fun w/o lift look behind passenger wheel you will need to raise front end remove wheel ,remove skid pan,and of course battery ends if 4wd I highly reccomend a lift good luck and please rate this

this toyota 4 runner takes 5.2 liters of oil and the correct oil is 5W 30 motor oil. hope this helps.

thr hardest thing about removing the tank is getting the hoses loose. Try also to have as little of gas so tank will be easier to handle

1990 4 runner. has elect. power but won't start . starter won't crank


check voltage at starter if 9volts or better replace starter if lower check battery cables also check engine oil and make sure engine turns by turning center bolt on crankshaft pully or flywheel after u remove old starter u can use srew driver or prybar
