Check for air in the fuel delivery system, replace a section of the fuel line with clear hose, temporary only, and keep a pressure guage on it, you should find the problem, and i don't get paid ok???

Change the fuel filter, when you start the car the fuel lines has had time for the small particles to drain out of the filter then when the engine runs they slowly work their way back to the filter and stop the fuel filter up again.
