Does it like surge and your batt gauge drop or? if so its bad batt or alt, if not then i would say run every wire you see and look for imperfections in the wire or corrosion build up around any wire connection

There is a central component called a body computer among other names. I would think this would cause all of the problems that you are describing.

I know on chevys that there's a module on the motor itself that is a common problem in those trucks. I'd check and see if there's one on the ford. It costs a whole $20 at the oreillys

Where is the realy switch in a 1994 ford escourt?

I do not know which relay you are looking for? But inside the power distribution box is one for the fan, over on the right top fire wall are two more for ignition and fuel. Hope this helps, let me know.

Wipers turn signals and ac/heater not comming on

looks like they are on more than one fuse. your passenger compartment fuse box is down below your dash panel on drivers side between brake pedal and left side kick panel. the heater a/c fuse is a 25 amp fuse, should be fuse 6. the wipers are fed through a 4.8 amp circuit breaker which might be in the same fuse box, or not. your car also has a power distribution center under the hood. if you don't get anywhere with the fuses in the passenger compartment, look in the power distribution center. chrysler doesn't always share lots of info and i can only look up part of the wiring diagram. can't find anything about turn signals, my guess is that fuse is in power distribution box. hope that helps
