Headlight problems; I have a 1997 yukon with 100 watt headlihts in it. after driving for awhile they go out, but if I turn them off (like I am letting them cool down) then they will work again for awhile.

your wattage is to high[higher amps=more heat ] and your probably overheating the relay or switch causing it to open --you basically doubled the wattage [55 watts] on the system either put in heavier wiring [beef up the elect system],or put back the normal bulbs

I have a 1999 ford mustang and the radio stop working. I think its the fuss. but the fuss panel is not marked. were is the radio fuss.

best way to do it is to get yourself a pair on needle nose pliers and start pulling fuses one at a time.

96 legacy wagon. All of a sudden I lost the ability to lock or unlock all the doors from the drivers side switch, and also my map light, dome light and rear "trunk" light have stopped working....

the fault appears to be either a poor grounding connection or where the wiring passes between the tailgate & the car from use the wires are breaking from bending.

Replace front head light bulb on drivers side 2005 beetle

The headlight is actually a bulb inserted into a light module. You can remove the plastic light module by releasing the tension spring on the rear of the headliht housing inside your hood. Once the tension spring is released pull the plastic light module from the fender socket by gently pulling on the edges of the headlight. The module should pull out with some minor difficulty. Remove the bad bulb from the rear of the plastic bubble, and replace it with a new halogen bulb. Replace the module into the fender socket and reclip the tension spring(s). Not all that difficult of a job once you know how its accomplished.

Change right front turn signal bulb

im not positive but it looks very similar to my moms 2006 honda accord which goes through bulbs like there nothing...on her car in order to change the bulbs you actually have to pop the hood and look down towards the light and you can see the bulb make sure that you take out the blinker bulb and not the low beam bulb also if it is on the right side you may have to remove the battery to see the bulb so look on the left side first and if you can see the bulbs then you will know if you need to take the battery out or not

Could you take out a bulb and with a testlight/probe check that you do in fact have power to that circuit .Also check that they are the correct bulb for that application I have seen people put indicator bulbs in where therse supposed to be a double filament bulb.Does the base of the bulbs lead contacts line up with the two steel terminals inside the plug?
