Take it to the lock smith this is a job left for ppl who know where each piece go's otherwise goto the junkyard and get another colloum or ask your junkyard who they deal with to rekey/replace ignition switch

turn the ignition to the on position then on the bottom of the steering colum just under the lock cylender thare is a hole that leads up to the cylender. get a straight pick or somthing with a point on it and insert in hole apply a little steady force while pulling straight out on the cylender. i am assuming you are talking about the ignition lock cylender.

well is it that the key wont turn or dont have key? you can drill out the lock use a big bit it will distroy the tumblers so you can use a screw driver turn it and pull out
