My windshield wipers stoped working so i checked the fuse and that was fine then i checked a few other things and even got a different multi function switch for it and that didn't work. Is there a relay for the windshield wipers somewhere that would be causing this?

try disconnecting the pump for the mist...should be in the wiper fluid reservoir bottle and try again...if the fuse does not blow...the pump could be shorted out

Highly doubtful it being a blown fuse . Fuse's don't just blow , short circuit to ground or high current draw . Faulty component , wiper motor , wiper control module more likely . The windshield wipers are controlled by the wiper control module and the driver-operated multi-function switch on the steering column, with the ignition switch in RUN or ACC position.
There are four modes of wiper operation: OFF position, the wipers move to and stay in the park position; Interval position, the wiper control module causes the wipers to cycle, separated by pauses, pause time length being determined by switch location; LO position, the wipers will operate at low speed continuously; HI position, the wipers will operate at high speed continuously.
The windshield washers are controlled by pressing inward on the wiper switch end of the multi-function switch. The washers will operate as long as the switch is depressed. Check all fuses with test light or multimeter. I tend to agree with you that it is probably a fuse. Not knowing of any "hidden" fuses or in-line fuses on that system. But sometimes other fuses that are not labeled as wiper or turn signal might be used for power also. So, check all fuses including the ones under the hood.

The wiper control module is probably at fault ,without test that is just a guess . The wiper/washer switch is a input to the wiper control module. Do you know anything about automotive electronics an electrical systems ?

Wire connection are the only thing left to check. But then again multi function may not be operational you just a have to ck connections motor for wiper may be bad also
