My trailer that has electric brakes installed and a 7 prong plug connector. My Tundra has a tow package with a 7 prong plug.

One of the vehicles would also need to be fitted with a electric brake controller. If the Tundra already has one fitted then the answer would have a 99% chance of yes.

I need a wiring diagram to install, hard wire a brake controller Ford 1991 E350 van. Where to start looking for wires in cab area?

It all depends on the instructions that come with your brake controller. In 1991, the wiring diagrams published by the manufacturer were not real good at indicating locations of things. For most brake controllers, you only need to use the output side of the brake lamp switch, a direct battery positive circuit (Which would be best to run directly to the battery with an inline fuse), an "ignition" hot wire (which there is probably a connector in the underdash fuse block that is marked "fused Ignition" - there should be one right next to fuse # 14). And the wire that must be run to the back of the vehicle to the trailer connector.
It is really very simple and you should not need wiring diagrams to figure it out...just the instructions with your controller.

How do you install a brake controler for a towing package?

Alot of these trucks have the wiring hook up under the dash or at rear bumper area where you can just plug the wire harness from controler to it, but if not they are simple to wire and then you must level by following the instructions, you would wire it to power and ground then one wire to brake switch and the last wire goes to tow connector for electric brake on the trailer. for more help google how to install brake controller there you will find wiring diagrams and videos.

1995 wells cargo wiring diagram trailer brakes?

Here are some diagrams that are very useful when installing any kind of trailer wiring or connectors, and if installing an electric brake control unit be certain to follow the directions that are with the electric brake control unit because they will be very specific for that control unit. Test all connections with a test light before actually making any of the connections, and the connections should be soldered together and do not use wire connectors for the best results. Let me know if you require any further assistance.

Helpful Wiring Information when hard wiring your brake control:
Run two wires to the battery:
White - Ground
Black - Power
Blue - Run to Electric Brakes at the Rear Plug
Red - Run to cold side of brake switch off of the brake pedal (using a test light to find the cold side)
Note: Always wire the red wire to the heaviest gauge wire when testing cold side of brake switch.
