Question about 1991 Ford F150
Check the easy things first like making sure the oil filter is on tight, then maybe check to see if it is coming out of the oil pan, if the bolts around the pan aren't loose, maybe you will just need a new gasket for the oil pan, then check to see if it's coming from the valve covers, which also may just need tightened or new gaskets,then check to see if it is a cracked head or block, which would effect how the vehicle runs. But if it runs ok and the oil pressure gauge is reading ok, it probably isn't the head or block.
