Can mean numerous things.

You could have a leaky door seal. Replace the seal.

You could have a window that doesn't seal right. Replace the seal.

Heater Core could be leaking from inside the dash. Replace the heater core.

Windshield could be leaking. Take it in to have it resealed.

My passenger side floorboard floods every time I use the AC in my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. can you please help me locate the AC drain line so that I can un clog it?

The drain hose that allows moisture to exit the HVAC system is clooged with debri and prevents the water from exiting the HVAC area. Open the hood and you will see a rubber hose that has an opening on the end. Use compressed are to blow the clogged area free and allow water to exit.

Likely the drain hose for the A/C evaporator. Should be low on the passenger side firewall (looks like a little right angle stub hose if it's a v8, probably can only see it from below.

Drain line stopped up

You are correct...Look for a small rubber hose protruding from the firewall on the passenger side about even with the bottom of the inside heater box. do not stick anything hard in there or you can damage parts. usually just working it a bit or sticking your finger in there will get it flowing again.
