Can't get my jvc radio installed in my 1999 saturn sl sedan standard and I need to know what wires go where

if you work in a stereo store it is a snap, otherwise you are taking on a task. the bay is made to receive only a saturn OEM radio and plugs into a GM wiring connector. So you first have to have on hand an adapter to put a standard sized radio into that saturn curved top bay and a wiring adapter to connect your new radio to the GM wiring harness. You can find both items on eBay.

something in the monitoring system is turning it on. if you turn it off it will just come back on. have someone put an analyzer on it and figure out what is wrong with it. often times bad O2 sensor on saturns.

FUEL FILTER AND FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR IS LOCATED ON BOTTOM OF VECHICLE NEAR THE FRONT LEFT CORNER OF THE FUEL TANK.

to the back of your engine is the old starter.. Unbolt it (remember where the bolts are.. 2 the side of it.. Remove wires and connect it to new one.. Bolt starter back up..

I believe you need to press and hold the volume/power knob on the radio then push the tune button - you'll notice small words under the different sides of the button for "hr" and "min"

The plastic surround cosmetic piece which goes around the radio and climmate controls just snaps out to the rear with some gentle pulling. There will be then exposed two small bolts on either side of the radio. Unscrew them and the radio pulls out, the antenna wire and plug for the wiring harness will have to be disconnected. Note you will have to have an adapter for your panasonic to plug it into the GM wiring socket. If you stroll over to ebay motors you can find these adapters and find many replacements in case you break the cosmetic piece when you remove it.

power radio on then hold 2 and 3

check radio antenna. could be loose connection or antenna missing or broken.
