It could be a bad earth as this is common.
Best to replace starter motor relay in fusebox as well as starter.
Starter relay is more common than starter motor itself on toyota's.

Solenoid is probably bad on the starter, it is connected so replace the starter.

Park neutral safety switch maybe be the reason for the no crank ! Try putting the vehicle in park ,then try to crank the engine . Testing the electrical circuit is the best way to trouble shoot this problem , along with do a voltage drop test on the starter circuit ! This will test the battery cables an connections .
Starter Voltage Drop
How to voltage drop test starter motor circuit
Does it have a manual or automatic transmission ? Manual ? clutch switch . Looking at a wiring diagram I also see a starter cut relay !

Won't start

Switch on head lights or cabin light. If they doesn't come on or is weak, the battery is flat. Ensure that you switch off the lights.
With ignition switched on, assuming the lights on the instrument panel cames on and your immobiliser is deactivated, turn ignition to start. You should hear the solenoid at the starter making a click sound. If not, the battery is flat or the starter solenoid is faulty. If it does make a click sound, the battery could be too low to turn the starter or the starter is faulty. Assuming the immobiliser is working correctly, and the starter tries to turn the engine but it doesn't want to turn, the gasket could be blown and the cylinder filled with water, or the engine could be seized.
Hope it is not the last case. MarioCpt

Where is my starter located on my 2000 Toyota Camry LE 4 cylinder...When you turn the key it was just a lot of clicking..

Mmmm... this can occur if your battery is very low in power. Make sure your battery is at full power, you can turn your ignition on and view the lights that come on, then turn your headlights on, if the ignition lights dull down you don't have enough battery power. This is just a quick test, if the battery is ok, the starter motor is located at the back of the engine above the gear box.

I have a 2002 c 320 battery isn,t dead but car won,t start.I even changed the battery and still the same it also did the same thing last week but started after an hour or so

under what condition the car won't start?
is it when the car set over night, a few hours or after a few minutes.
does it make any noise or click when you try to start?
does the engine even turn over at all or just silent?
if nothing happen then may be the starter, switch or fuse.
if the engine turn but won't run then may be the ignition system or fuel system.

2006 Jeep Wrangler won't start

First, make sure you can turn the engine by hand. If you can't then the starter can't turn it either. Have someone else turn the key and look for the source of the click...may be a relay. Go over the starting circuit with a volt meter. Check for power at the starter main terminal and then with the key turned to "start" check for power at the trigger terminal on the starter. Check battery voltage and check relay operation.
You have a neutral safety switch on the transmission if its an automatic and a clutch switch if it's a stick. Check them as well. Make sure battery grounding on fender and block are also clean and secure.

95 F150 wont crank

the starter should be replaced. The solenoid is kikcing the pinion out but there is no contact being made to turn the starter motor. I have the exact same truck and before i changed the starter used the old starter tap trick. Tap the starter casing with a hammer and it should start turning again. hope this was helpful for you. Good luck.
