You should illuminate something , like check power to you light first , instead of throuing parts in it.
Take connector out of light bulb , use test light , put it across terminals on the wire connector , turn low beam on , see if light comes on , if not ck what you missing , power or the ground , and go from there.

I don't know how to use my low beam light on my 91

The small dot is probably for park lights, the big dot for the headlights. For low beams, pull the switch lever towards you, just a light pull, you should hear a click.

2007 honda accord v6 4door . left low beam will not work. I have changed the bulb , didn't fix the problem. what else could be the problem?

More then likely you blew a fuse. The fuse for the low beam on the left (drivers side) headlamp is in the fuse box located under the hood of the vehicle in the engine compartment. Below is a diagram of the fuse layout. The fuse you want to check will be the fuse in the number 1 position. If this is blown you may have other problems or it just may have been an overload on that circuit at one time. I hope this helps and good luck.

I need the code for my 1998 honda accord ex 4door sedan vtech i changed my battery nd now its asking for the code

Check for a sticker with the radio code inside the glove box. Some dealers fixed a second sticker in the owners manual. If not available, get the code from a Honda dealer, and be prepared to show VIN number, and proof of vehicle ownership.

1996 honda accord, 6 cyl, EX Both low beam headlights went out last night. As far as I know, they were working. Went to Walmart and bought a 2 pack headlisghts and put only 1 in and the low beam (new bulb)...

Check the wire circuit for voltage and ground. The top wire is voltage, you can see the wire color, use a test lite, with lights on. The bottom black wire is ground for low beams, chassis ground. You can use test light to check ground, With test light touching voltage, touch ground wire terminal, if the light comes on, at least, the ground is good enough to lite the test light.

Both my low beam headlights stopped working on the 2005 Accord EX. The high beams work....any suggestions?

I don't know if it will be very helpful (maybe not if both low beams went at the same time), but the fuses for your low beams are in your under hood fuse box: fuse number 1 (10A) left headlight low, and fuse number 6 (10A) right headlight low. Maybe it's not likely that they would both go at once, but I would check them.
Then, of course, it could be the bulbs.
Last, if not one of the former, then it becomes a matter of having relays and switches checked (not something you really want to do yourself).
Hope this is helpful.

Where is low beam relay for 2005 honda accord ex model

Should be under the hood in one of the fuse/relay boxes.

I believe that most cars just have one relay for the headlights. This controls both the low and high beams.
