Question about 2003 Mazda Mazda6
P0306 CODE after tune-up? Cleared the codes by removing battery cables. Started and ran fine. Next morning it was rough running. Test drove later in the day, ran like new??????????
I know the code shows a cylinder 6 misfire.
Could be lean air/fuel ratio
Could be ignition system
Could be mechanical condition
Could be vaccuum leak
Car ran fine on Friday did not drive after that. Sunday morning, check engine light was on and blinking when I tried to drive it. Now it is just lite solid.
For check your cylinder check the spart plug first, after check coild, after check the injector whit a small battry 9 v ,plug sume wirer to + and a noder wirer to the - and plug to the injector and listen if he work if you listning noting he was sertuly bad and chenged i thing you dont have a nother probleme thanks mike66

If you bought the spark plugs at auto zone, these are factory seconds, and will fail under the ignition system you have, check the coil boots also, make sure they are good and the boots are on good, but it is most likely in the ignition area.
