No power when i turn the key

Sounds like a bad ignition switch or a bad main electrical connection between the battery and the switch. Check all the battery connections and grounds for clean tight connections. Check for power going to the switch.

Can i start my car if the starter motor is not engaging but giving a spining sound? I need to move it. what can i do?

unfortunately no, however,, it could be a stuck starter,, I would try this old remedy first if you just need to move it,, Its worked before,, if you can get to the starter,, as someone else turns the key to start it,, give it a few short smacks with a small hammer,, that might get it to dislodge,, Ive used this method on many "have to moments" Good Luck,, please take a moment to rate this reply

Car was running fine Now it wont start Turns over but seems like no gas

Is the check engine light on? Rent a scanner to read out any codes which should point to certain problem areas. Can you hear the fuel pump run for a few moments (when the key is turned on), then shut off? If not, check the fuse and relay for same. Possible fuel filter problem. Try some starting fluid or gas in the throttle body which should make it fire a few times. Hope some of this helps!

1996 blazer just got brand new battery, but has moments where it wont start, it will click and all the lights come on, but it wont even attempt to turn over and then a few more turns of the ignition, and...

The "clicking" is probably from the starter selinoid. If it's malfunctioning you'll get that clicking and nothing else. Follow cable back from starter to locate selinoid.

The car intermittently will not start. This has

You have to find it the moment it does NOT start, few things, batt/starter/solenoid/ignition switch could be at fault. If you say starting it means DOES NOT TURN OVER ? Or turns over but does not want to run??

Erratic idoling when warm

sounds like the air idle valve , if you can get hold of valve to test, try this find valve on inlet manifold and pull hose off going to throttle body, reconect hose to new valve so valves are i line to each other, start car and let it idle for a few moments till the fast idle slows down, then disconnect the wirering goint to the original aiv and connect to the new one , hopefully the original one would have been diconnected in the open position , reconnect wirering to the new valve and turn engine off. disconnect battery for 20 seconds . recon battery and turn ignition on, pump gas pedel 5 times to reset . start engine and let it idle for a few moments ,then try to turn steering wheel , engine speed should rise slightly due to load from power steering pump and then settle back down 875 1075 rpm.this is what the air idle valve should do. if it doesen't look at wiring goig to aiv might have scuffed through.
