I have a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. While driving down the road, it felt like I had a flat. took it in and they said the rear driver wheel needed a new brake hose and new caliper. that didn't fix the problem....

Yes, they are. It is called a split diagonal system. One separate part is the passenger front and driver rear. The other separate system is the driver front and passenger rear. The reasoning behind it is that if a leak or problem develops in one system, the other will still operate brakes on the other system, and there will still be braking action on both sides of the vehicle.

look under the hood while vehicle is running, this will be the easiest way to find it. it may be something as simple as a dry rotted rubber fuel line.

I replaced the rear passanger wheel cylinder on my 2000 ford taurus and bleed the breaks from right rear to front drivers side and still have no breaks why

was the wheel cyl leaking? make sure there are no other leaks anywhere i see rusted out line on these a lot check down left side of undercarage fuel lines and brake lines run along there .if you have abs you should only have to bleed rears the front are on different valves no air can get in from a rear leak.If no leaks anywhere master cyl most likely

start from the rear driver side, and then the rear passenger side, and the front passenger side, and then the driver side make sure you keep plenty of fluid in the master cylinder during bleeding proccess

Where is the fuel filter located on a 2005 Lincoln LS? I drove my LS just before empty. Now I notice when I'm driving it's a little sluggish when trying to accelerate. I would like to change the fuel...

The fuel filter is behind the driver's side wheel. Here is the procedure....

  1. Before servicing the vehicle, please familiarize yourself with safety procedures.
  2. Relieve the fuel system pressure.
  3. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  4. Remove the left front wheel well rear splash shield.
  5. Disconnect the fuel tube quick release fittings from both sides of the fuel filter.
  6. Remove the fuel filter bracket mounting bolt, fuel filter bracket, and the fuel filter.

To install:
  1. Install or connect the following:

Fuel filter into the bracket making sure the flow direction is correct. Tighten the clamp to 15-25 inch lbs. (2-3 Nm). Fuel lines. Tighten the fittings to 22 ft. lbs. (30 Nm).
  2. Tighten the bracket bolts to 62 inch lbs. (7 Nm).
  3. Start the engine and check for leaks.

IThis car im not sure if it is front wheel drive or not. Assume it is then it could get expensive. If it is just rear wheel drive then its just packing bearings with grease, no big deal.

Fuel filter for 1998 Saturn SC1

Under the car, by the fuel tank. Drivers side, just in front of the rear wheel. It also houses the fuel pressure regulator. It is expensive, and has a 100,000 mile replacement interval.
